Why we built HyperFiling

Indian Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries live across three layers simultaneously: a compliance calendar that does not forgive a missed due date, a growing pile of client-specific notices and filings, and the constant need to find, cite, and apply the right bare-act section. Existing tools each cover one of those layers. Nothing covers all three with the discipline that the 2026 court rulings on AI-hallucinated citations now demand.

We built HyperFiling for that gap. Every answer is grounded in indexed bare-act sources, circulars, and case law. When the corpus has no support, the system says "Source not found" instead of guessing.
